BANANA WITH COCONUT PASSIONFRUIT CREAM

Serves 4

 

coconut-milk-200 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 passion fruits
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 packs Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 200ml or 2 cans AYAM™ coconut cream 140ml

 

MIXING

Combining the coconut cream, the passion fruit pulp, the brown sugar and the lemon juice in a medium sauce pan, then bring it to a simmer at medium heat. Stir just enough to dissolve the sugar.

Add in the banana slices into it and stir all together well for about 2 minutes, until it is completely warmed. Stir gently to keep the banana in their original shape!

 

PRESENTATION

Once finished, serve it directly in small glass bowls or rice bowls.
