- 120g Sago pearl
- 4 pandan leaves
- 1 egg white
- 2l water
- 150gr Gula Melaka
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Light Coconut Milk 400ml

Wash pandan and put them into pot with sago pearl and water. Cook within 5-7 minutes until sago transperant. Drain out sago then pour cold water into in 2 minutes. Drain out again.
Whisk egg white until it soft then mix them with sago.
Spread cooking oil inside small cup. Pour mixture of sago into these cup, put them in fridge until firm.
Grate gula melaka, put them into pan with 15ml water, cook with medium heat.
Use another small pan to cook coconut milk with low heat, don't let it boil.
Pour the mix of sago in glasses with coconut milk and gula melaka enough to taste. Enjoy it cold with grated ice or enjoy it hot!
This dessert is particularly refreshing after a barbecue or spicy meal.
