How to count your Body Mass Index

According to medical professionals and nutritionists, the Body Mass Index (BMI) allows you to monitor your weight.

The calculation follows this formula: Body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) / height (m)2

The ideal BMI is when it is between 18.5 to 24.9. If you are below this, you are slightly underweight and above it, you are slightly overweight.
