Ways to drink more water

Drinking water is very important but sometimes, we tend to not drink enough.

Here are some ways for you to drink more water:

  • Use a straw - You will end up sipping more water.
  • Keep hydrated with food that are water based such as watermelon or even a popsicle
  • Add flavour by infusing your water with fruits such as lemon or strawberries
  • Make it a routine to reward yourself with drink after every task. For example, have a glass of water after brushing your teeth or when you finish cooking. 
  • Use mobile apps to keep track such as Waterlogged or Water Your Body
